Audio works constituting the eponymous exhibition at Kurant9000, Nov 2022.
Eptesicus nilsonii + Northern Tracks - recordings of the Northern Bat are mimicked and played back by David Kennedy. The audio was then played back at 27000 Hz and transposed back down via a Heterodyne bat detector into the exhibition space in an attempt to create a form of sonic language recognisable by both human and bat.

Brustling or crackling as if burning juniper (Recreations of Auroral testimonies 1885-2022) - Sonic recreations of testimonies from an 1885 Norwegian survey asking residents to describe the sound of the northern lights. Many people and indigenous communities of the north have heard sound accompanying the lights for generations, yet the acoustic phenomena remains at the fringes of modern science and acoustics.

Aurora tracks - Recordings taking using a WR-3 VLF Receiver from Tromsø and the west coast of Norway, Nov 22 as Aurora Borealis passed by.
